“Having practiced yoga for four years now it is refreshing to have a teacher who has gone back to basics! In the months that I have been attending Louise's classes, through the explanations and demonstrations provided by Louise, I have begun to ‘feel’ the postures. It is difficult to find a yoga class such as Louise’s which concentrates on the postures of yoga rather than the more common classes which run through the postures quickly at an aerobic workout rate at the expense of not being able perform any of the yoga postures correctly. Surprisingly, I have also found that performing these yoga postures correctly is more exerting than training with weights - so I guess I must be doing something right!”
